Do you tailor sessions to our industry?

What group sizes can you support?
We can support small workshops through to larger talks. For bigger groups, we’ll recommend a format that keeps it engaging (for example shorter segments, Q&A, or repeat sessions).
Can you run a full wellbeing day?
Yes. We can help plan the agenda and deliver multiple sessions across the day, including themed topics and resource tables. Tell us your objectives and time slots and we’ll propose a plan.
