Meet the director
Karen Mills
Karen qualified as a registered nurse in 1990 and has worked across a wide range of specialties. Her Occupational Health career began in 2006 and her experience across different industries led to the launch of Zen Occupational Health in 2016.
Karen believes employees are the most important part of any business, and is passionate about delivering an honest, customer-focused Occupational Health service with clear, practical recommendations.
