How do you measure success?
We recommend simple measures: attendance, participant feedback, confidence ratings before/after, and a short pulse survey 4–8 weeks later to see what’s being used.
Is resilience training the same as mental health support?
It’s not a replacement for clinical support. It builds everyday coping and recovery skills and improves awareness. Where someone needs clinical care, we’ll encourage appropriate routes of support.
