New Employee Health Screening
New employee health screening evaluates an applicant’s declared health conditions in relation to the hazards, risks, activities and environment of the job to which they are being recruited.
The Equality Act 2010 limits the circumstances in which you can ask health-related questions before an applicant is offered a job. An offer of employment can be made to be subject to a satisfactory medical assessment.
Management Referrals
Referral of staff to the Occupational Health Service can provide you with the clear and objective advice to enable you to manage health related absence effectively.
You can refer your employees to our service as and when required alternatively you can set up a contract with us to attend your site on a weekly or monthly basis depending on your requirements . A qualified occupational health professional can complete either a telephone or face to face assessment.
Driver Medicals
We can deliver Fork lift truck driver medicals and driver medicals on site or at a clinic near you.
Driver medicals are based on the latest DVLA Medical Standards of Fitness to Drive guidelines.
FLT medicals are carried out based on the medical standards set out in Safety in working with Lift Trucks, HSE HS (G) 6.
