Our mission is to provide an honest, efficient and personable service. To help you improve the health of your employees and ensure you are legally compliant. At Zen we want to ensure occupational health is accessible and affordable to all. We want to offer additional services such as NLP and resilience training to improve the health of the workforce.

Karen Mills - Director
Karen qualified as a registered nurse in 1990 working in medicine and went on to work across all specialities as a practitioner. Her last hospital post was as a Ward Sister based on the head and neck unit in 2004.
Following this she worked as a community nurse for the NHS and then went into the private sector looking after people who required intravenous medication and nutrition.
She started her occupational health career in 2006 working for her local council and then went onto work for several providers obtaining extensive experience and knowledge of different industries which lead to her setting up her own business in July 2016.
Karen is passionate about her work and believes that employees are the most important part of your business. Karen wants her clients to have an honest customer focussed occupational health service that is professional and of a high standard.
